Mike Tersigni claims that he is an exporter and has been in business since 1978 and that he has been exporting internationally for this time.
I dealt with Mike Tersigni and tried doing business with him but he tried to scam me so I decided not to do business with him, he has two personalities, one personality shows that he is a very good and nice person, and the other personality is a very rude, unfair personality and likes to make threats.
Then I decided to dig a little further and do a nuans search for his company Platinum Motor Car of Canada and it showed no results found !! Which means there is no such company in Canada registered by that name.
I digged some more and found out he currently works for the Car Company of Canada which is located at 2951 Highway #7 West, and there are lots of complaints about them on http://www.publiccomplaints.org/2009/07/car-company-of-canada.html , I found this by searching google Michael Tersigni Or Car Company of Canada.
Then I decided to digg further and also did a company profile search for the company "Car Company of Canada" and found out there is no such company name at all either, their website address is www.carcompanyofcanada.com and on their website it shows that they operate under 469669 Ontario Inc. as well as Car Company of Canada, their main store sign also says Car Company of Canada.
The corporation 469669 Ontario Inc. Its registered director is Richard Celenza, and there are no attached DBA's to this ontario numbered corporation.
So basically they are using a fake name called Car Company of Canada and Platinum Motor Car of Canada, which is very illegal, fishy, and deceptive.
And they can't even copyright the company car company of canada because it contains the word Canada within the name and that can not be copyrighted.
You can register the company but can't copyright it but its not even registered !!
Both companies Platinum Motor Car of Canada and Car Company of Canada sounds very similar, and they both use the name "of Canada" within their company names which kind of sounds very deceptive, I guess they like having the name "of canada" a part of their company name to make their company look official or possibly make it sound like its a part of the government which makes them trusted by people a lot easier and I hope people don't get easily fooled by this.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH MIKE TERSIGNI, Platinum Motor Car of Canada OR Car Company of Canada !!!
